1. At least 2 years working experience, have planning experience or customer service experience is more suitable.两年以上工作经验,有计划或者是客服经验优先
2. Good organization, cooperation, and communication skills. 良好的沟通技巧,组织与协调能力。
3.Good at computer skill, including the operation of Micosoft Word , Excel, Power point. 熟悉电脑操作
4. Good English skills 良好的英语技能
基本职能:
Quality claims following. 品质客诉的跟踪。
Major responsibilities主要职能
1. Update Call report according to customer E-mail or call or fax. Update Call report assessment and sent by E-mail everyday 根据客户邮件或电话或传真更新投诉报告与评估报告,每天以邮件的形式发送评估报告
2. Work closely with Warehouse/ shipping department / FQC / Planning / Tech about quality returns& reworks , and send daily report to related people every day.跟踪品质退货返工,并每天发送报告
3. Business trip arrangement.出差事宜的安排
4. Releasing & filing of approved claim requests. 批准后的投诉报告的整理与发行
5. Internal application filling. 内部申请的填写
6. Complete other work which required by department manager & board of management.完成部门及公司领导交办的其他工作。
7. Follow the company's safety, environment protection and firefighting policy and requirement服从公司的安全环保和消防的政策和要求
